About Serneholt Estate

Serneholt Estate was founded 2016 in Spain and is now one of the most well-known Agencies on the Costa del Sol. We had another record-breaking year in 2022 selling properties for more than 100 million Euros. We have a total of 8 offices across mainland Spain and Canary Islands. Our ambition for 2024 is to have another record-breaking year and we are therefore looking to expand our support team at our office located in San Pedro de Alcantara.

Job Description – Sales Assistant located in San Pedro de Alcantara

We have a great team of four Agents who has been with us for several years and we are looking for a super star to join our team and be part of our success in 2024. We will supply you with the best tools to develop and grow your skills both professionally and on a personal level.

 

The culture we have created over the years is very important to us and we run company events and team building activities throughout the year for all offices to encourage relationships across all teams. As an example, we have recently been to Tenerife in March 2024 for a team building activity and company meeting.

 

To be able to exceed our clients’ expectations and achieve the quality standards we stand for; you will be part of a thorough onboarding process with our Office Manager. We will train you in the client processes around sales, company culture, systems, areas, new developments etc.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Our main priority is finding professionals who are focused on our brand identity, building long term relationship and is service focused.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Real Estate is definitely a big plus, but not necessary
  • You will manage incoming calls, requests by email and phone and be attending to the clients visiting our office on a daily basis.
  • You will be responsible to always have our office in perfect condition, our window cards with properties updated to support our Agents in their day-to-day job.
  • You should be able to book and arrange viewings, update our property listings and new developments in the CRM system and prepare viewings – we will of course provide training so you are confident in supporting our Agents
  • After Sale support helping our clients with anything they might need from key management but always willing to go that extra mile to ensure we have satisfied Clients.

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Language skills are important in our international market. For this position you should master at least English and Spanish. If you speak any other languages, it is considered a huge plus. General knowledge about the local area is essential.
  • We are a digital office and work with several software packages, therefore it is important that you have good computer skills, general experience working with CRM systems and good skills in Microsoft Office.
  • You should be punctual, flexible and have attention to detail. You are the first contact some of our clients will have with Serneholt Estate, so it’s important that you are friendly, make eye contact and willing to help.

 

What we offer
  • Our office is located in San Pedro de Alcantara and is one of our newest offices in the Marbella area offering you a fantastic work environment and give our clients a professional and welcoming feel every day
  • We offer full time employment with a fixed salary with working hours from 10.00-18.00
