This Villa was completed in 2012 and is in excellent condition, like new. The house is southwest facing and the roof has a shallow angle, allowing the house to stay cool in summer and warm in winter, reducing the amount of additional energy needed to heat or cool it. The location, as we already indicated, is in Valtocado (Mijas) and is only a 5-minute drive from Mijas Pueblo, where you can drive to the coast in 10 minutes, to Fuengirola, and access the highway to go to Malaga or Marbella in 30 minutes in any direction. Also from Valtocado, you can go in the opposite direction to Mijas Pueblo and link up with the highway in Alhaurin. So although we enjoy nature and the countryside in its purest state, we will never be too far from anywhere.

For golfers, the nearest golf course is Alhaurin Golf and not far away are others such as Lauro Golf, Mijas Golf, La Cala Resort, Santana, El Chaparral, to name just a few.

Shopping is also not a problem as there are many small boutiques and nice shops in Mijas Pueblo, or on the contrary, we can go down to the coast again to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, or Marbella.

Malaga airport is only a 30/40 minute drive away. This makes the Villa ideal for living all year round, using as a holiday home, even a good investment due to its high rental potential. Or as we mentioned before, the ideal place to use now as your home if you want to do remote work, as the fiber optic is excellent in the area and so you can work and enjoy life in the beautiful villa under the sun.
