 Famorca is a small village with only 40 houses located in the beautiful, mountainous hinterland of the Costa Blanca. Complete tranquility and beautiful walking opportunities at 45 minutes' drive from the coast. 

 

  

 

 The house comprises a total of approx. 350 m² living space on 3 floors: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and separate toilet, 2 kitchens, several living and dining rooms. Some rooms have air conditioning, the house is heated with wood stoves, has an infrared sauna and has two spacious balconies at the rear with beautiful views over almond groves and the surrounding mountains.

 

 Until recently the house was not only used as a residence, but also as a training centre, where smaller groups of people stayed internally. Also suitable as a small B&B.

 

  

 

 The distance to the airports of Alicante and Valencia is 92 km and 132 km respectively, to the coast of eg Javea is 50 km, to Calpe 44 km.
