Fredrik Serneholt started Serneholt Estate in 2016 after being in the real estate industry since 2004.
With a master degree in Real Estate in Sweden since 2010 he also took the API License in Spain in 2024 and a CEPI license since 2017, he is well known as one of the leading agents in Spain with hundreds of sales throughout the years and several record breaking sales.
