Meet the founders of Serneholt Estate, Fredrik and Linda Serneholt in this short introduction.

Born and raised in Solna just outside Stockholm, the capital of Sweden in 1980.
Fredrik early realised he could make money being creative and create demands where there where none and make sure to fulfil them to make people happy.

Early years

Before leaving high school he already had his own buisness running and a full time job. As a true entreprenuer he kept creating different buisness models and by the age of 22 he had opened clothing stores, installed surround systems, opened a cleaning company, opened a manpower company, worked with soft and hardware installations and a lot more.

Entering Real Estate

This was also the year when he met Linda, his wife to be and also the person who introduced Real Estate. In 2004 he was offered a job in Real Estate and since then nothing can set him apart from it.
In Sweden he graduated as an Real Estate Agent at Malmö University in 2010 and opened offices for the biggest swedish brands that later was sold when they moved to Spain.
2015 a big change in life had come to the family of Serneholt moving from Sweden to Spain to “try” a year together. Unsecure about the situation working in a new country Fredrik and Linda decided to do it as employees but it took less then 9 months before they opened Serneholt Estate, the rest is now history.

Fredrik have graduated with a license in Spanish Real Estate (API) and is also registred with a CEPI license. Hundreds of deals have been done through his hands and thousands in the company that they created together.

Our founder Linda was born 1978 just outside Stockholm in the popular area of Lidingö, her early life was always with a strong influence of sports and her appearance playing Handball. She was very talented and recruited to one of the best clubs in Stockholm at that time, a knee injury at that stage was just a bump on the road for her even if she had to fight many months to get back to the court again.

Entering Real Estate

She worked at a school and with some sales before she found her way in to the Real Estate buisness in the early 2000.
From the reception to an assistant and ending up recruting new agents she tried most of the roles you could have in a Real Estate company.

Professional Real Estate Agent

In 2015 when they moved down to Spain she got the chance to practice selling real estate by her own. And what a sucess, no client where supposed to travel all the way to Spain and home without a dream home.
The deals came one by one and the rumour about her excellence still creates more leads then any other portal or channel.

Became host at a tv-show about Real Estate

In 2025 she was offered to be the host of the new swedish tv show, Drömsökarna. A swedish version of A place in the Sun, with the first 10 episodes recorded this year we can all get our part of Linda online and on TV.

The family grown bigger throughout the years and includes the kids, Liam (born 2004), Noah (born 2006) and Leah (born 2018).
