Serneholt Estate celebrates 10 successful years with a grand anniversary in Marbella and Marrakech

Serneholt Estate marked its 10th anniversary with an exclusive celebration, where employees from all offices gathered for three memorable days in Marbella and Marrakech.

The celebration began in Marbella with a conference before continuing to Marrakech, where the highlight was a spectacular gala evening in the Agafay Desert. Employees from the company’s offices in Marbella, Estepona, Manilva, Fuengirola, Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and Torrevieja participated to celebrate a successful 2025 together.

During the gala evening, the year’s top achievements within the organization were honored. Among the most prestigious awards were Leader of the Year, Office of the Year, and Top-Selling Agent of the Year.

One of the evening’s big winners was Danilo Gonzalez, who was named Leader of the Year. In addition, he also ranked in the top 5 in sales for the year. His office in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, was also awarded Office of the Year. The success was further strengthened when two of his colleagues secured third and fourth place in the year’s top 5 list.

The Top-Selling Agent of the Year award went to Aidan Kerrigan from Scotland, who delivered outstanding results for the second year in a row. In 2025, he topped both the list of most completed deals and claimed first place in the year’s top 5 ranking.
