New Franchisee in Gran Canaria office will be led by Dominique Pons and Beatrice Ståhle, a highly driven and experienced duo with strong entrepreneurial backgrounds and a shared passion for property. The pair have spent significant time in the Canary Islands by working in Real Estate at Serneholt Estate before, building a deep appreciation for the island’s lifestyle, culture, and thriving international community.

Gran Canaria’s unique combination of microclimates, dramatic landscapes, and excellent accessibility from across Europe made it the natural choice for Dominique and Beatrice. “The island has such an incredible variety, from golden dunes to lush mountains and attracts people from all over the world,” says Dominique. Both enjoy exploring the island’s diverse nature, discovering local gastronomy, and connecting with the vibrant community that gives Gran Canaria its distinct charm.

Before partnering with Serneholt Estate, Dominique and Beatrice accumulated valuable experience within business and real estate, giving them strong insight into the dynamics of the Gran Canaria property market.
