Daniel Kepcija

I’m originally from Malmö, Sweden, where I grew up with a Swedish mum and a Croatian dad, which might explain my strong connection to the Mediterranean lifestyle. I moved to Spain in 2007 and quickly felt at home here in the sun, surrounded by great food, friendly people, and a slower pace of life.

I started working in real estate in 2013 and later took on an exciting role as Real Estate Manager in the self-storage industry, helping grow the business across the country. I became part of the Serneholt Estate family in 2016, stepped away for a while, and rejoined in 2024, now with even more experience and passion for the work we do.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of happy clients buy and sell homes along the Costa del Sol. I know the coast like the back of my hand and always aim to make the process as smooth, honest, and enjoyable as possible, whether you’re buying your dream holiday home or selling something special.

At home, I’ve got a full house with my amazing wife, three kids, and two dogs. In my free time, I love hiking in the Andalusian countryside, cooking for friends and family, spending time outdoors, watching football, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

For me, being a real estate agent is about more than just property, it’s about people, trust, and finding the right feeling when you walk through the door.
