We are looking for someone who is passionate about Real Estate and have the willingness and drive to succeed. If you have a good knowledge of the property market and a desire to make a mark in Torrevieja, then this could be a perfect venture for you!
As a Franchisee you will be part of the Serneholt Estate family benefiting from our established brand, extensive network and proven business model. While prior experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage, we are also open to individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and adapt.
Running a Franchise requires dedication, hard work and a passion for helping people turning their dreams into a reality. You need to be committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the quality of the Serneholt Estate brand.
Serneholt Estate was founded 2016 and is now one of the most well-known Agencies on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. We sold properties for more than 100 million Euros last year. We are expanding our portfolio of offices in 2023 and have recently opened our 3rd office in Marbella Centre, making it a total of 8 offices across mainland Spain and Canary Islands. Our ambition for 2023 is to have another record-breaking year and we are looking forward to sharing the journey with you!
