Heading the Tenerife office are Victor Garcia and Annie Falk, a dynamic duo with extensive experience and deep ties to the island. Victor, half Spanish and half Swedish, whose father hails from Tenerife, brings with him a unique blend of local knowledge and international experience. Growing up, he recounts, he was influenced by his mother’s successful property investments and eventually followed her footsteps into the real estate world. His diverse background, including studies in economics and business management at Stockholm Business School at Stockholm University, combined with nine years working in Sweden’s top museums, lends him a cultural and economic insight that is invaluable in dealing with international clients.
Annie Falk, originally from Hultsfred, Sweden, relocated to Tenerife in 2011. After entering the real estate industry in 2022, Annie quickly made a name for herself, earning second place “Rookie of the Year” after closing 27 transactions in her first year and taking second place as “Listing Agent of the Year 2023.” Her passion for the island’s rich diversity and tropical climate, along with her dedication to her clients, makes her a vital part of the Serneholt Estate team.
