Wonderful townhouse in Las Guadavillas, a private area located in San Pedro with 24 hour security and two lovely pools. You have the beach just a few hundred meters away, where you will find, among other things, the beach club El Ancla and Chiringuito Guayaba Beach. You can also reach the fantastic beach promenade in San Pedro in just a few minutes, where the range is large both in terms of food & drink and various activities.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and living room that look out onto the green patio. Here you also have a small guest toilet. On the first floor you will find both bedrooms which both have their own bathrooms. And finally, on the second floor, a wonderful roof terrace with sun all day and a nice view of the area. Private parking right outside the front door.
It is only a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus which you can also reach on foot if you follow the fantastic beach promenade. Nice golf courses nearby and about 45 minutes by car to Malaga airport.
